Lime:   The biggest risk when worm-farming is an acidic environment which can, combined with heat and too much nitrogen, trigger a chemical reaction and create ammonia which kills everything.   By adding a handful of lime once a month or so this reduces the risk as it alkalizes the wormfarm.

Weed cloths:  this is a handy cloth to keep as a filter in the tea tray.
